Liability for website content
According to Sect. 7(1) of the TMG and in line with the general law, I as service provider hold responsibility for my own content on this website. However, according to Sections 8 to 10 of the TMG, I am not obligated to monitor transmitted or stored third party information or to investigate circumstances that may indicate illegal activity.
Obligations to remove or block the use of information under the general laws remain unaffected. Liability in this respect, however, is only possible from the date on which I become aware of a specific infringement. Upon notification of such infringements, I will remove such content immediately.
Liability for website links
My website contains links to the websites of third parties (“external links”). As the content of these websites is not under our control, I cannot assume any liability for such external content.
